All sales are final. For any products that are damaged, we do offer store credit. To request a return, please text our customer care line (571-218-2656) with an explanation of the request along with picture proof. Garments must be unworn, in their original packaging, and not decorated/printed on. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the purchase date.

We process orders within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are subject to UPS processing times which normally take 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS ground and come with a tracking number. To ensure delivery of your package, shipped orders over $300 will ship "signature required".

We do offer custom prints, custom embroidery, or custom manufacturing. We also provide wholesale blank garments for creatives to repurpose.
